Welcome to 4Sales, an application developed to help your sales force register and attach sales documents, as well as maintain access credentials (login and password). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the information of 4Sales users. By using 4Sales, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 User identification data
To access 4Sales, at least the following information will be collected:
Login name (username)
Password (stored securely)
Possibly the seller's full name or internal identification (if applicable).
This information is required for authentication and authorization in the system.
2.2 Accessing device files
In order for the user to attach sales documents (e.g., photos of receipts, PDFs, signed contracts), 4Sales may request access permissions to the device's files or gallery. The actual file retrieval will be contingent upon the user's action of attaching documents.
3. Purpose of Data Use
The data collected by 4Sales has the following purposes:
Allow the user to log in, identify themselves, and have functional access to the application.
Register sales document attachments for internal control and sales history purposes.
Associate documents with the user and/or the corresponding sales transaction.
To ensure traceability and security of sales operations.
To improve the user experience and the functionality of the application (e.g., support, enhancements).
The data is not used for direct marketing purposes without consent, nor for tracking outside of the functional purposes described above.
4. Data Sharing
4Sales does not share your personal information with third parties, except:
when required by law, court order, or competent authority;
In the case of contracted partners who assist in technical operations or infrastructure, provided that this is under a confidentiality agreement and for a restricted purpose;
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets of the company responsible for 4Sales, where your information may be transferred as part of the transaction (in this case, we will inform you in advance).
5. Data Storage and Security
Login/password information and other identification data are transmitted over secure connections (e.g., HTTPS) and stored on servers with appropriate security measures, such as authentication, encryption, access controls, and monitoring.
The attached documents are stored securely, and access to these files is limited only to authorized users according to their access profile in the application.
We have adopted technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or improper destruction of data.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Login/user data and documents are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, including generating reports or maintaining sales history.
When the data is no longer needed or at the user's request (see the "Your Rights" section), the data may be securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Device Permissions
For the 4Sales application to function fully, the following permissions may be requested:
Access to device files/gallery: required to attach documents or sales photos.
(If applicable) Access to the device's camera: when the user chooses to take a photo of a document to attach. These permissions are only requested when the corresponding functionality is enabled by the user. No permissions will be used to collect data without user action.

In accordance with applicable legislation (e.g., the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in Brazil):
You have the right to access your data, obtain a copy, and correct incorrect or incomplete data.
You may request the deletion of your personal information, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to retain it.
You may revoke your consent to the use of your data for specific purposes, and object to processing where applicable.
